Your satisfaction is our number one priority! That's why Premium Bead offers 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your merchandise for an exchange or for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date that we receive the package. A 15% re-stocking fee may be charged on refunds due to expenses involved in notifying eBay of the return, re-listing the item, fees to eBay, PayPal, credit card processors and banks and making corrections to inventory.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
International buyers please note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
